Theatre Rentals Policy

Please let us help you plan your event.  We want to  take  the stress out of planning  the event and afterwards we will be happy to clean up the cinema.  All we require is that have a great experience at Noelle's Cinema.

* All cinema rental rates are $25.00 per hour.  Any time over 30 minutes will be rounded up to the hour. A minimum of 2 hours is required for all rentals. 

* A minimum of a $25.00 deposit is required within 2 days of booking your rental. This deposit ensures your booking is firm.  This is a non refundable deposit if the event is not cancelled with in 24hours

* Time changes for your rental maybe changed up to 24 hours before your rental time; however we can not accept time changes afterwards, and do not guarantee we can accommodate all changes.

* Please let cinema staff know what type of event you are planning, and if there is anything you require for your event.  (I.e. table . wi-fi connection, If projector is required for event ,we have a selection of table cloths), cutlery, plates, etc.)

* An invoice will be prepared for your rental by cinema staff, and will be given to you upon the rentals completion. We appreciate immediate payment of your invoice.

Dinner Meeting

Our cinema is set up to hold 48 people in the auditorium seating however seat can be provided for the floor if required,

Arrangements  with Noelle's Cafe can provide your meeting with coffee or tea,  Lunch can also be included at your Meeting.  We truly feel this environment is a perfect place to hold your safety meetings, staff meetings and club meetings.   If projector is required for event  please let the Cinema staff know at the time of booking .

 

  For Birthday Rentals

* Please inform cinema staff of child’s name and age they are turning, this allows the staff to put your child’s name up on the screen with a birthday wish from Noelle’s Café and Cinema staff.

*Please have your movie and snack selections confirmed with the cinema staff a minimum of 2 day’s before your rental event.

* Please confirm how many children and how many adults will be attending your event a minimum of 2 days before your rental.

 * Movie selections are limited to those movies which have already been released to the public on DVD.

Please note there are no charges for movies that we have in stock

 
When making your arrangements please call (780) 827 4044, and leave a short message with our café staff including your name, phone number and date of the event, and our rental liaison will call you back to confirm all the details!
